Membership Agreement
Members of LinkSuggestPRO.com must agree to the following Terms of Service. By registering a LinkSuggestPRO.com account, you agree to follow all rules and regulations regarding our service. Your use of the LinkSuggestPRO.com service constitutes your agreement to the terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth below. In addition, our service shall only be used in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Notification
You agree to receive service emails from the LinkSuggestPRO.com service. These emails will be used to provide information about updates to existing features and functionality or new features recently added to the system.

Email
Members will only use an ad tracking link when sending traffic to the LinkSuggestPro link from e-mail promotions. The term "LinkSuggestPRO" are not allowed to appear in any e-mail promotions. This is to protect LinkSuggestPRO.com from SPAM complaints and we take this very seriously.

Web Site Content
To ensure that our directory contains valid web sites, we require that any web site listed contain useful and original content or information. We do not allow web sites that contain only single pages or pages with the sole purpose of manipulating search engines. Web sites using languages other than English may be permitted but you must first contact LinkSuggestPRO.com to request approval.

All Web pages within your directory that were created using LinkSuggestPRO.com service (directory categories and member web site links) are not allowed to display ads as Yahoo or Google AdSense.

LinkSuggestPRO.com reserves the right to exclude or remove any web site from our directory which we deem to be in violation of these Terms of Service.

Abuse
Certain types of web sites are not permitted to use the LinkSuggestPRO.com link exchange service. We do not allow any web sites containing pornography, racist information, warez downloads, excessive popups, or illegal content. In addition, we do not allow "FFA" or "Link Farm" type sites which contain only keywords/search results for specific terms. We do not allow any site that uses so called 'Black Hat' techniques to cheat search engine and drive fake trafic to it's pages.

Attempts to hide the link to the LinkSuggestPRO.com directory on your home page will also be considered an abuse of our system and will result in the termination of your account. Other abuses of the system include invisible links, robot "no follow" directives, and not including valid anchor text with the link. Any use of single characters or symbols as the title will be considered abuse. You are required to use meaningful link text of at least three (3) characters long. Please note that we have extensive checking routines to ensure no bad techniques are used, but if occasionally this wrongly report your site to us, as using bad techniques, you are eligible to contact us to prove your innocence, and/or make necessary changes to rectify the infraction, with no penalties for you.

Guidelines:
The following guidelines apply to the link placed on your home page that will point to your links page. It must be readable by the human eye, and not cloaked or hidden. Visitors to your web site must be able to see it.

If you use a textual link to your links page the link:
Must be in a contrasting color from its background
Must have a relevant title (i.e. Links, Resources, Partners, etc.)

If you decide to use an image link to your links page, the image:
Must be visible
Must be of sufficient size to be recognized on the page
Must have relevant ALT or TITLE text (i.e. Links, Resources, Partners, etc.)
We allow a limited number of web sites per account, determined by the subscription plan you select. Web sites must be related to the category in which they are listed. If you opt for featured listing, you can request different link back than the one you set directory on. However, requested link back site must be classified under same main category/subcategory as the directory site. We reserve the right to move a domain to relevant category at our discretion.

You may contact us to report any abuse or illegal use of our services.

Termination of Service
LinkSuggestPRO.com reserves the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion. You are responsible for checking your account on a regular basis to see of your site has been flagged for any reason. LinkSuggestPRO.com will not be responsible for a member's failure to monitor the status of their account. Any member who is flagged for any reason can cancel their account at any time. Web sites removed for violating our Terms of Service will not receive a refund.

Confidentiality
LinkSuggestPRO.com has many proprietary systems with in our web site and script software. You agree not to disclose any information about our systems to 3rd Parties. Nor are you allowed to open an account to spy on our directories. You also agree not to reverse engineer any part of our web site and scripts.

The terms of this member agreement are subject to change at any time. Please make sure to add our email address to your email filter. We will email changes to this agreement to our members, but it is our members sole responsibility to keep up to date with this agreement. By creating an account at LinkSuggestPRO.com you are automatically agreeing to this agreement.
